Bespoke Development
We enjoy a reputation for simplifying business systems! From fundraising platforms, postal ordering systems, to building a bespoke booking engine for a hotel and spa, we have improved the efficiency of many businesses by building bespoke systems and integrations.
Royal Mail- Drop a Leaflet
Ordering leaflets to be delivered by Royal Mail used to be a telephone call and paper forms to complete. We built a fully integrated system that shows the user a map of all postcodes in the UK, they can select the areas they want and get an accurate price for leaflet delivery, then pay online. It has transformed the leaflet delivery process for Royal Mail and has been one of their most successful implementations.
LionHeart
LionHeart are a charity who support the mental wellbeing of those in the surveying profession, throughout many different aspects of life. They wanted a cost-effective way to freshen up their website and make it easier for their audiences to find key content on their homepage. We targeted three very important components of the site: the homepage, the main menu and the donation page.
Severn Hospice
Running events is a huge part of a hospice's fundraising activities. Midnight walks, runs, dragon boat races, church services and many events for parents and children help raise funds. Severn needed an event booking system that could register all participants, any special requirements and include families or groups in one booking. It also needed to integrate with their complex CRM. We've had a lot of experience with the ThankQ API and made the whole thing seamless for Severn Hospice.
Surrey County Council - Social Value Marketplace
Matching volunteer or charity organisations with businesses was always a bit hit and miss, relying often on networking events or active members of staff. Businesses wanted to offer help to charities, but didn't know how to find them or what to offer. Our matching system allowed charities to list what they needed help with or equipment they were short of. Businesses could offer staff to help carry out tasks or supply unwanted furniture/equipment. It allowed the business to have visibility of the work they did in their community and allowed the charity organisation to get the help they wanted and importantly say thank you publicly.
Tesco - Retired Colleagues Community
Previous employees of Tesco are still an important part of the Tesco family and they have a number of ways to stay in touch with each other. We built a community forum specifically for this group and included pension information, notices about events as well as a messaging service for the community to use securely. Tesco employ around 300,000 people, so the retired community is quite large and ever-growing.
