What they do

Centrodoc provides an accessible secure online resource for all property-related documentation. From deeds, surveys and searches to contracts and building plans, insurance policies and statutory documentation, keeping all files together in one central place to access anytime, anywhere.

What we did

Designing a secure platform for document and image storage iwith user management and activity tracking is no small task. Centrodoc needed specific functions in their system that 'off the shelf' software could not provide, they also needed enhanced security and the need for customisation at any time. 

Working with some of their trusted clients, we built a system that contracters and stakeholders could access for time limited periods, create a trackable document store that would help reduce due diligence workload when the properties were sold as all documentation was held in one place.
